NEW TURKS AND CAICOS HOTEL COMMENCES CONSTRUCTION

Travis Greeff (Snr project manager) and Stuart Myburgh (Snr Project Engineer) from DCK Worldwide / Projetech Construction recently commenced site preparation on the renowned Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales for construction of the highly-anticipated new hotel Andaz Turks & Caicos Residences at Grace Bay.

Construction: First Steps - Site Clearing and Setting Out

Travis and Stuart continue their work on the site. Today, corners of the building have been staked and platforms have been erected with standing base equivalent of ground floor level. Now we’re ready to show our clients where residences will be located on-site, and the view from our ground floor residences. The pool area will be located beach side.​
